    The boat owner(s) and Bayfield Boat Storage, LLC. agree that Bayfield Boat Storage will provide storage for the duration and type as agreed upon in this contract. It is the owner's responsibility to arrange delivery and pick up of the boat to: Bayfield Boat Storage, 84595 State Hwy 13 Bayfield, WI. No refunds will be issued if owners cancel this agreement early.

    The owners warrant and affirmatively state that they have adequate hull and liability insurances for said boat for the duration of storage by Bayfield Boat Storage. Bayfield Boat Storage has relied on this affirmative assurance and will not provide supplementary or primary insurance coverage for damage or loss other than such loss caused by the negligence of Bayfield Boat Storage or it's employees. Bayfield Boat Storage shall not be liable for any loss of, damage to, or loss of use of the above referenced boat caused by any reason, including but not limited to, fire, theft, storm, lightning, wind, or snow.

    It is the sole responsibility of the owners to remove all personal belongings and items prior to delivery. Bayfield Boat Storage shall not be liable or responsible for damage to or loss of any articles, items, batteries, covers, etc. not removed by the owners.

    If said boat is not removed by contracted date, additional charges will be due and paid to Bayfield Boat Storage (prior to release) at the rate of $0.25 per linear foot per day, unless other arrangements have been previously agreed to in writing by both parties.
    Payment Options: Payment in Full Upon Entering Building    or    $500.00 deposit by June 1st, balance due upon receipt of  invoice.
